Renewal of Brown Passports, Green Passports, Machine Readable Passports (Maroon) or any older Passports will be treated as NEW APPLICATIONS

Renewal of e-Passports core requirements:

1. Secure an appointment to DFA's Global Online Appointment System (GOAS)

2. Personal Appearance

3. Print-out the application form from the confirmation email received from GOAS

4. Current ePassport with photocopy of data page

 NOTE: Mutilated or damaged will be treated as a new application

Additional requirements for Mutilated and / or Damaged Passports

♦ Affidavit of Explanation
♦ Applicant must surrender mutilated/damaged passport

In case applicant is a Dual Citizen (in addition with the Renewal Core Requirements)

♦ Government Issued IDs
♦ Report of Birth OR Identification Certificate issued by the Philippine consulate or the Bureau of Immigration

In case applicant is a Naturalized Citizen (in addition with the Renewal Core Requirements)

♦ Identification Certificate of Naturalization from Bureau of Immigration

In case applicant is a Filipino citizen by Election (in addition with the Renewal Core Requirements)

♦ Affidavit of Election of Philippine Citizenship
♦ Identification Certificate of Election from BI

 

MINOR

♦ Secure an appointment to DFA's Global Online Appointment System (GOAS)

♦ Original and photocopy of PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate or Report of Birth of the minor

♦ Original and photocopy of passport of minor applicant

♦ Photocopy of passports of either parent

♦ Print-out the application form from the confirmation email received from GOAS

♦ Renewal fee of Euro 54.00
